Co-Built Solution will Scale Human Rights Due Diligence via Exiger’s Advanced AI and Henekom Group’s Expert Advisory
WASHINGTON, DC. October 19, 2026 – Henekom Group today announced a partnership with Exiger, the AI partner for supply chain and procurement automation, to jointly develop a next-generation Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) technology solution designed for global business clients.
The partnership combines Exiger’s award-winning AI execution layer for supply chain, procurement and compliance with Henekom’s deep human rights expertise and experience transforming United Nations (UN) Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) and International Labour Organization (ILO) guidelines into proven, context-specific solutions for clients including FIFA World Cup 2026 and its local organizing committees. The partnership will allow for a complete analysis of human rights risks across larger value chains addressing the full breadth of human rights due diligence, which is often reduced to forced labor and supply chains alone, but, in practice, spans every risk a company's operations and relationships can touch, surfaced through the joint solution and rightsholder consultation alike.
The joint solution, Henekom Group Powered by Exiger, is designed to help Henekom clients operationalize and scale compliance with emerging human rights due diligence laws worldwide, including the European Commission's Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), that increasingly require assessing for salient risks to people instead of the business alone. AI analysis will be paired with expert review from Henekom, available through Henekom's advisory services, which also includes hands-on stakeholder engagement, worker voice substantiation, and grievance and remedy pathways combining automated detection with expert judgment.
“You can meet every regulatory requirement and still not see where people and supply chain resilience are most at risk,” said Minal Patel Davis, CEO of Henekom Group. “Closing that gap means addressing risks you can reasonably know, determining saliency, engaging the people affected, and embedding respect for human rights into how you operate. That is what this partnership with Exiger is built to deliver at scale.”

The technology solution will leverage Exiger's continuous monitoring capabilities, used by one-third of Fortune 500 companies, mapping supplier relationships to the nth tier and surfacing risk where legacy tools like manual audits and supplier surveys rarely reach. It also draws on real-world learnings from Henekom's work with mega sporting event clients in one of the most complex human rights environments, turned into a scalable framework for broader industry use. The technology will apply AI to identify, prioritize, monitor, and track actions to mitigate human rights risk across complex global supply chains, moving companies toward rightsholder-driven action, pairing AI-scale detection with the same embedded, on-the-ground expertise Henekom has applied, a combination few others in the sector can offer.
“Within the corporate world, human rights have historically been relegated to a compliance exercise and treated as a reputational nice-to-have,” said Skyler Chi, SVP, Head of Product & Innovation at Exiger. “But a new global regulatory regime coupled with a sea change in both the holistic way we consider human rights impacts and the level of transparency now possible with AI, has upended the status quo. With our scalable technology and Henekom’s expertise, we’re able to offer a truly modern solution to this entrenched societal challenge.”

Henekom and Exiger plan to pilot the product with select Henekom clients beginning November 2026, building in the flexibility to adapt as CSDDD and other frameworks continue to take shape across jurisdictions.
